About us
TinyBoi - Tiny/Princeston - Damien AlexanderHowdy hey I’m Tiny! I’m Nonbinary and go by He/they pronouns! I’ve been drawing and creating for as long as I can remember. I have my sona, the sheep/goat hybrid puppet, named Princeston! I love what I do: creating great artwork. I’ve been working hard to make art and fursuit making my full time job, and I hope to continue my hard work with excellence! Recently I've been evaluated for a previously unknown underlying condition. This condition has left me disabled, so my work has slowed in pacing a bit. I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason. Due to consistent issues with delivery of payment by former clients, the proposed project will not commence until I obtain possession of at least half of the payment upfront.If the client desires a refund after the proposed project has been partially completed, only the amount that has not already been dedicated to project materials and labor costs of the project may be refunded. If the client issues a charge back via PayPal in an attempt to recover funds already spent on materials or labor, they will be black-listed and refund eligibility will be voided.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork unless otherwise discussed.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the client violates any of the terms of service.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, as well as in publications, such as art books and Tiktok speedpaints, unless otherwise discussed.
"You" (the client/customer/commissioner):You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless discussed other wise, or is in the case of utilizing the artwork as a Vtuber, or for a related project.
